As Chief Experience Officer of elevateXP, Pam Bauer is an expert in relationship development – both internal and external to organizations – and a leader in designing experiences through service excellence.
An accomplished customer service, marketing and operations professional with proven success in start-up, turn-around and process improvement, Pam brings passion and enthusiasm on her subject matter as well as expertise in cultural initiatives, customer experiences, motivational speaking, customer journey mapping, and strategic planning.
Prior to founding elevateXP in 2013, Pam held a number of prominent leadership and sales and marketing roles. Pam is a proud Marketing and Management double major graduate of Mercer University’s Stetson School of Business & Economics and a graduate of the Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship Small Business Executive Program. Pam also holds “Leadership in Service Excellence” certification from Cornell University and recently attended the International Conference on Patient- and Family-Centered Care.

As Chief Ideas Officer with elevateXP, Marc Bauer is charged with innovating new and creative ways to enhance internal and external customer experiences. With 18 years in executive leadership roles and over 30 years in business, Marc blends unparalleled vision with a passion for service excellence.
Marc’s approach is not simply customer service or satisfaction driven, but building a base of brand evangelists. Marc understands a transformational customer interaction coupled with advocacy drives competitive advantage and leads to rapid organic growth at a low cost of delivery.
Marc has been recognized and awarded for exemplary leadership and ethics in business. A two-time hotel general manager of the year, Marc has also chaired and participated on numerous civic and non-profit boards. Marc attended the University of Southern Mississippi and Florida State University and holds certification from Marriott International, Inter Continental Hotels Group and Radisson hotels.
